IMPORTANT NOTICE
The BOPU has upgraded its online customer self-service portal for utility billing.
Payments set up through our historical utility billing portal have been disabled. To make a payment online, visit our upgraded
Utility Billing portal by clicking on the link located at the bottom of the page. The upgraded portal provides customers with a
faster, more secure, and user-friendly way to manage and pay their utility bills.
Payment Options
Several online payment options exist for our customers.
- Bank Draft Payments with a Valid Checking or Savings Account through BOPU (NO SERVICE FEE)
This option is ideal for residential customers and businesses who don’t want to pay service fees. In addition to enrolling in our separate bank draft payment system, we recommend that customers who select this option create a Customer Portal. To setup automatic
bank draft payments using a valid checking or savings account and avoid paying a service fee, complete our bank draft payments form.
Payment for services rendered will be processed separately using a valid checking or savings account, rather than from within the Portal.
- Payments through the Customer Portal (SERVICE FEE INCLUDED)
Two options for payment exist within the Customer Portal. Both options are ideal for residential customers and businesses who want to have greater flexibility with online payment options. Customers who select to make a payment through the customer portal will
be able to view their bills, setup automatic payments and account notifications, as well as manage and pay for multiple utility accounts. Payment through the Customer Portal includes a $2.95 service fee, while automated clearing house (ACH) payments through
the Customer Portal will incur a $0.50 service fee.
